 1987
 Founded by Mr. Ken Chen designing and assembling EDM.
 1993
 CNC milling machines exported to China, India, Brazil and  Poland through local distributors.
 1999
 ODM for Swiss Willemin FMC-series.
 2000
 Started to supply machines in India under the brand name of S&T APLHA
 2001
 Double Column Machining Center DMC-1312.
 2001
 ODM for Italian Faump and FLG series.
 2003
 Simultaneous 5-axis head on DMC-880.
 2005
 FLG series entered into Japanese market.
 2005
 High-speed, high-precision DMC machines exported to Japan.
 2006
Participated in Japan Tokyo Show on Nov. 1~8, 2006.
